Our commitment is to build up a long-term relationship with you. This means ensuring your mortgage and protection are always appropriate for your needs, for their lifetime.
For example, if we arrange a two-year fixed-rate mortgage for you, you can be sure we’ll be in touch before it expires to talk about what to do next.
Some companies will charge you for an initial appointment. Others will charge you up to 1% of the value of the mortgage they arrange, which can easily run into thousands of pounds.
We believe in a fair charging structure, so we’ll typically charge you a flat fee of £399. And, it’s only payable when we secure your mortgage offer for you. If we can’t get you the finance you need, we won’t charge you a penny.
