For example, if we arrange a two-year fixed-rate mortgage for you, you can be sure we’ll be in touch before it expires to talk about what to do next.
Some companies may charge you for an initial appointment. Others may charge you up to 1% of the value of the mortgage they arrange, which can easily run into thousands of pounds.
We believe in a fair charging structure, so we’ll typically charge you a flat fee of £399, which is payable upon application.
